I’m a psychologist – turned stay-at-home mom – turned entrepreneur. I’ve spent the last 6 years blogging and then birthing and branding my own coaching business. Learning how to integrate my experience as a psychologist (2 graduate degrees + 10 years exp.), my training as a certified Color Analyst and Copywriter, and my training in organic marketing has been life-changing.

I've branded (and rebranded) my own business, created my psychology-based T-V-B Messaging & Sales Method™, more than tripled my coaching income from 2021 to 2022, and had the privilege to coach heart-centered female entrepreneurs. It's been an amazing experience and a true joy to watch these women grow.  It's so rewarding to help fellow coaches live out their purpose and change lives - including their own!
